Ealier today, 16th August, 2024, a memo was released by the Directorate of Students Affairs, The Polytechnic, Ibadan, containing the 2024/2025 Students’ Union election process, with the electoral time-table and other electoral modalities attached.
The available positions for the Students’ Union Government level election, authorized mode of study and the eligibility criteria for aspirants were all featured in the memo.
Also, it contains the rules and regulations guiding campaign actions, and further leaving a note of warning that; all campaigns end on the day of manifesto – Thursday, 5th September, 2024, and erring aspirants will be sanctioned appropriately.
The memo was signed by Akintunde F.B.(Mrs) and is directed to all Deans, Faculty Officers, Faculty Teaching Staff and all other concerned bodies on campus.
