The Junior Chamber International Nigeria (JCIN), The Polytechnic, Ibadan, commissioned a new JCI billboard at the institution’s Main Gate today, Monday, September 2nd, 2024.
The commissioning marks the start of JCIN TPI Week, scheduled for September 2nd-7th, 2024. The ceremony was graced by distinguished guests and members of the local organization, including Dr. Muyiwa Ojo, JCIN TPI Staff Adviser, and Dr. Taiwo Olajide, The Polytechnic, Ibadan’s Admission Officer, who both highlighted the remarkable efforts of JCIN TPI over the years, emphasizing on the organization’s dedication to community development within The Polytechnic, Ibadan. They praised the members for their relentless pursuit of excellence, urging them to continue their good work.
The Local Organization President, Akande Moses Olamide, while giving his remarks, expressed his gratitude to all attendees and encouraged members and the general public to stay engaged and actively participate in the activities lined up, making JCIN TPI Week, 2024 an unforgettable experience.
The commissioning of the billboard stands as a symbol of JCIN TPI’s shared vision and commitment to the betterment of the community and the perpetuation of its legacy. The billboard reads “welcome to The Polytechnic, Ibadan”.
