The Students’ Union Government, The Polytechnic, Ibadan has announced in a memo released on the 16th of July, 2024 that the first batch of Staylites’ Students ID cards is ready for collection.
According to the memo, the list of eligible students has been sent to Departmental Presidents, and only those whose names appear on the list can collect their ID cards. To confirm eligibility, students should check with their Departmental President before proceeding to the designated collection point.
To collect their ID cards, students must present the required documents, including their Students’ Union Receipt, Faculty Receipt, Departmental Receipt, and previous ID card. Only HND 2 and ND 2 students can collect their ID cards at this time.
The Union urged students to comply with the eligibility criteria and collection process to ensure a smooth exercise.
This development is a welcome news for students of the Polytechnic who have been awaiting the issuance of their ID cards. The ID cards are essential for students to access various services and facilities on campus.
With the collection process now underway, students can expect to receive their ID cards soon. “Thank you for your attention to this matter”, the memo reads.
