Student Union stops sales of old neck meshCom. Adedeji Azeez led Students’ Union Government moves for the immediate stop in the sales of the old neck mesh, and hereby adopts the sales of the new ones. The Students’ Union in their bid to enhancing the security architecture on campus, has taken this bold step.
The old neck mesh has been in use for almost a decade and has as a result given non-student free access to the campus thereby perpetuating different atrocities on campus in the guise of being a student.
Reports have it that the old neck mesh has already turned to become a means of identification for bike men at Apete and should not be accepted in an institution of The Polytechnic, Ibadan stature.
Students are hereby advised to stop buying the old neck mesh, so should proceed to buying the new neck mesh as the receipt will be required for their various faculty registrations.
For the sake of new students that have purchased the old colour Neck mesh, you do not need to panic as the STUDENTS’ UNION EXECUTIVES has designed other ways through which you will be identified as Bonafide students of The Polytechnic, Ibadan.
