THE BLACK PANTHER – OUR NATION’S PRESENT STANCE ON COLLAPSED BUILDING

A plague should it be called as voices of victims ballooned the atmosphere when death took them on a voyage. It is known to be a nation of peace cum happiness, but quite saddening trials and tribulations have taken over the supposed serene atmosphere of the nation.

On the 13th of March, 2019 is considered a black day in some families, should it be said they are loved less by the omnipotent? Or it’s high time our nation pay for its sin? Sequel to the collapsed building at Lagos Island, are the gods of the land salivating for appeasement? Or our nation citizens’ selfless character has caused the land to shrink for flesh or blood to taste?

“That been said” as an elegy broke to the city of Ibadan, in regards to same Collapsed of building at Bode Area, after Molete bridge barely 72 hours after the said three storey building collapsed at Ita-Faaji area, Lagos Island. In regards to zero modicum of doubt, the Black Panther has its reign in our nation. What shall be our gain as a nation, when the supposed tomorrow’s building keep collapsing? Should we not take our hearts unto wisdom, as devastating issues are being conquered, scourging and damaging of lives and properties keep acknowledging itself.

That been said, as terrorist leave our nation in a quagmire state, where some citizens live in the opposite of peace, and rest in the antonym of calmness, security matter is not an iota of amendment in the nation, but still the citizen lives might sometimes be endangered in the boot of cells, where freedom is dearth. Hearken back to the 28th of June, 2018, where the nation is filled with black day, black moments and lots of broken hearts, are we quick to forget the event that transpired as a nation where the plateau massacre got acquitted together with the Otedola bridge inferno and the Bodija Police Civilian Crash, Ibadan.

Would it be sweet to say the sweet efforts of our heroes has been the antonym of sweet and the synonym of sweats? As our Noble course has been truncating. What about our political heroes who lost their lives to become victims of election crash? “I write for the peace of the nation, and a national call for the safety of our lives and properties”.
When shall peace and less mourn of lives and properties result to an end?

Less the burden of the plague, our nation cries loud oh! Lord.
