In an internal memorandum dated October 16, 2024, the Directorate of Student Affairs, The Polytechnic, Ibadan, has issued an important directive for students enrolled in the National Diploma, Daily Part-Time Programme (DPP).

The memo signed by Mrs. Akintunde F. B., Deputy Registrar, Student Affairs, instructs students who have received a message regarding the Condonement of Undisclosed Illegal Admission (CUIIA) on their portals to promptly act.
These students are required to proceed to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) office to complete the necessary application for Condonement. The directive further allows students who are unable to visit the JAMB office for the Condonement to register their names at the Directorate of Students Affairs. Students must do this before the deadline, which is Friday, October 18, 2024.
The memo emphasizes that the students should bring along the print out from their JAMB portal where JAMB congratulated them to proceed for Condonement, as part of the required documentation. The Deans,HODs and Faculty Officers have been instructed to pass on this information.
