The Health Department of The Polytechnic, Ibadan as a result of poor turn-out of students for medical registration, issued out a stern notice to all students who are yet to report for their medical registration.
This was contained in an internal memorandum signed by the Adeagbo Olalere, Director of Medical services on 14th June, 2019, where the memorandum iterated the fact that any student who is yet to complete his or her medical registration is yet to be a bonafide student of the institution.

It furthered that, the fresh students are yet to report for medical registration at the Health centre several months after their exercise ought to have closed. The implication of this, as stated in the memorandum, is that student may lose his or her studentship.
Students are therefore enjoined to report to the Health Centre so as to be registered.
I advise that the registration procedure should be adequately provided for, even the ‘few’ people that are going for the registration finds it difficult and stressful to scale through..
Actually the registration process is cumbersome and very tedious. How will the management set up a tedious registration process for health facilities and in the later end, the students fall sick due to the tedious processes inclined
