The SUG Olympics games, under the coordination of the Students’ Union Sports Director, Comrade Odemakin, has ceased to continue indefinitely.
As at the time this report is being gathered, the football fixtures scheduled for the third day of the SUG Olympics are yet to commence and the reason for the delay is yet to be communicated to the stranded students.
However, speculations are going around that the cause for the sudden stop is due to the unruly behaviour of the Students’ Union General Secretary, Comrade Wasiu Azeez.
As at the time this report is being filed, the Press Council is on her toes to get to the root of the matter.
