The Polytechnic Ibadan Student Union Electoral Committee, in preparation for the 2022/2023 Student Union Government Election, has released the date for the closure of nomination forms, for students aspiring for Student Union Executives and Student Representative Council positions.
The timetable for the Electioneering activities which was released to the public on 15th August 2022 has been confirmed as genuine according to the electoral committee, at which the sales of forms have commenced immediately. It was also said that the timetable will be followed strictly without further extension.
The committee has also listed some violations and their likely sanctions in the Electioneering activities, in which any candidate found violating those rules would be sanctioned appropriately with no mercy.
Candidates are hereby advised to read through the rules of the election well to avoid disqualification.
