The Polytechnic, Ibadan, through its Directorate of Student Affairs, has announced Friday, November 21, 2025, as the official deadline for the payment of school fees and registration for the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic session.
The directive, conveyed in a memo signed by Dr. Abiodun Adegbuyi, Deputy Registrar (Counselling Unit), on behalf of the Dean of Student Affairs, urges all students to ensure compliance within the stipulated timeframe to avoid sanctions.

“This directive comes from the Management. Any student who fails to complete his or her payment and registration before the deadline will face appropriate disciplinary action,” the statement warned.
The memo has been circulated to key academic and administrative units including faculty deans, HODs, hall wardens, faculty officers, and student bodies to ensure widespread awareness.
Students are strongly advised to prioritize payment and registration, as failure to comply may affect their academic standing and access to institutional services.
