Barely 24 hours, the management of The Polytechnic, Ibadan, has made a U-turn on her decision about the First Semester examination for the 2022/23 academic session.

It could be recalled that the management of the institution had declared the postponement of the first semester examination, due to “logistics” issues.

However, according to the memo made available to Press Council, the postponed examination has been scheduled to commence on Wednesday, 14th December, 2022.

The new development will be effective to ND 2 and HND 2 students only.

“This is to inform all ND 2 and HND 2 students that their 1st semester 2022/23 examination has been rescheduled to commence on Wednesday, 14th December, 2022.” the memo reads.

According to the memo, concerned students are warned to complete their registrations before the commencement of the examination.

“…all ND II and HND II students (Full Time and DPP) that are yet to pay their school fees are hereby enjoined as a matter of urgency to do so and complete their registration procedures before the commencement of the examination as no defaulters will be allowed into the examination Hall”.
