The Management of The Polytechnic, Ibadan has laid the strict enforcement to Students on the “No School Fees, No CBT” policy, barring students who have not paid their school fees from participating in Computer-Based Tests (CBT) and accessing related academic services.
This directive was communicated to students through the Students’ Union and applies to all students without exception.
According to the notice, only students who have completed payment of their school fees will be eligible to sit for CBT examinations, as the institution seeks to ensure compliance with its academic and administrative regulations.
While acknowledging the prevailing economic challenges facing students and their families, the Management stressed that timely payment of school fees is necessary to prevent disruptions to academic activities and to maintain a smooth academic calendar.
This development was made to advise students to make early financial arrangements to avoid inconveniences, delays, or setbacks in their academic programmes.
The Management noted that adherence to the policy would promote orderliness within the institution and guarantee uninterrupted access to academic programmes, assessments, and essential school services.
The Students’ Union, through its Public Relations Office also called on students to cooperate with the directive, assuring them of continued communication and support as the policy is implemented.
